Territory Planning Tips for your B2C Business
If you wish to undertake the establishment of territories for your B2C business, this is the best way to do it.

Spectrum Analysis specialises in this work and wants to offer you the logic we use in making it happen.

Spectrum Analysis uses 'Units of Demand' as a measure of determining the size of the territories. For a B2C business, understanding the client base is pivotal in calculating Units of Demand. To gain a better grasp of this concept, please click on the link below

Spectrum Analysis now working with schools in New Zealand
New Zealand has been a strong market Spectrum Analysis has worked in for many years. We have undertaken a few projects recently such as 2 Projects on Cabin Hires, The Cheesecake Shop, F45 Training and a financial advisory company, and we are now setting up our mapping products for schools in New Zealand.

Stats NZ undertook the 2018 NZ Census which was released in 2019, making it fairly fresh information for basing your decisions on. Combining the recent data with mapping we have for New Zealand, we can visualise territories and Strategic Network Planning across the country.

Whether we are working for corporate clients, schools, franchisors or franchisees, we aim to solve the issues that are placed in front of us.

In Australia, we provide a set of services for Schools including advice on demographics, enrolments and making decisions on marketing. We have established a suite of mapping tools for schools in conjunction with John Somerset of Somerset Education, which will assist in answering the typical questions schools have about demographics, student numbers growth for the future, bus routes and where future enrolments are coming from. We look forward to working with Schools and other clients in New Zealand in a similar manner to those we work with in Australia.

Spectrum Analysis IT and Data Security
We appreciate the sensitive nature of the data that we are entrusted with by our clients occasionally. We at Spectrum take IT and data security very seriously. To ensure IT and data security, we have developed and implemented a number of policies and procedures, namely:
  1. Access Management Policy
  2. Data Leakage Prevention Policy
  3. IT Access Removal Process
  4. IT Security Risk Assessment
  5. Security Awareness Training
  6. Security Breach Incident Management
All our staff endeavors to follow these policies and procedures. One of the testaments to the robustness of our IT and data security polices is the fact that in the past we have been approved to receive sensitive data from ANZ Bank and Aussie Home Loans (A Commbank company).
